What is MERGE?

MERGE is the hottest, newest, safest and most efficient workout program that’s taking Los Angeles by storm! Do you want to improve your health and fitness?  Do you like to have fun? Then get ready to MERGE!

Beverly Hills Celebrity and VIP career personal trainer Alfonso Moretti created the MERGE workout. Each 45 minute session is a balanced, fat burning, strengthening, cardiovascular, high-energy workout that delivers results.

Merge is small group personal training limited to just 16 participants and led by certified personal trainers with national industry accreditation. All MERGE trainers have been selected based on their passion for fitness, their desire to help others, and their choice to lead fitness driven lifestyles.

During every MERGE workout, trainees have their own personal station that is equipped with a state of the art First Degree Fitness water rower, a Schwinn Airdyne Pro and Crosscore® RBT™.

At MERGE, your upper body AND low body muscles are ALWAYS working together!  More muscles working means more calories are burned and your entire body gets stronger, fitter, leaner and healthier.

We believe that personal training should be just that, PERSONAL. At MERGE, you’ll never feel like a number and our trainers will ensure proper form and safety is always followed. And…we like to have fun.

The MERGE Workout is efficiency defined. Each session is designed to maximize your results and reward you for your efforts. 

The First Degree Fitness water rower, the  Schwinn Airdyne and the Crosscore® RBT™ trainer all perfectly compliment one another. All utilize use of both upper and lower body muscles and challenge your cardiovascular system. With the Crosscore® RBT™ suspension trainer, you can strengthen your entire body and tailor the amount of resistance simply by adjusting your body’s position. 

All of the tools we use at MERGE strengthen not only the muscles of the front of the body, but the back of the body as well – which often times are neglected in many conventional workouts. 

MERGE can improve your posture, relieve and prevent neck and low back pain, and prevent muscular imbalances. 

Due to our class structure, you may burn up to 1,000 calories per class. Plus, since all classes follow various forms of a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) protocol, you’ll continue burning calories at an elevated rate throughout the day – even while you’re sitting down! 

During each workout, we combine medium duration cardiovascular intervals with short explosive sprints to literally train your body to burn calories for fuel.
